Do you sell hardware and software?
Yes, procurement service is one of the many convenience services we provide to our clients.  We manage the entire process; we provide recommendations, we place the order, deliver it to our client, install & configure, and troubleshoot as needed.  Additionally, we keep track of software updates, service & support agreement renewals, so our clients can have peace of mind that their IT solutions are up to date.

How will your services be charged?
Clients will receive a comprehensive contract which will outline their pricing structure. Each contract is tailored to our client's specific needs. We have numerous pricing options based upon either the number of Active Directory end users or devices that are in your environment. We have hourly rates and flat fees for our Help Desk and remote support as well as onsite support. Our project support is billed at the appropriate hourly rate and the specific billing can be customized for the client.
