Frank N. Peluso, Founder and President – As President of Centuric, LLC since 2002, Mr. Peluso is responsible for business development, product development, client service, compliance and the development of strategic partnerships. Mr. Peluso’s diverse technical and management experience lends expertise to the implementation of compliant business and information system infrastructures, as well as business and information system risk mitigation.
Previously, from 1993 to 2002, Mr. Peluso held executive management positions in Information Technology at Renaissance Cruises, a leading cruise line and touring company operating ten cruise ships worldwide. As Vice President and CIO of Information Technology, he was responsible for a variety of corporate and shipside initiatives, such as eBusiness infrastructure development including topology technical architecture, data security, legacy system re-engineering; business process analysis and risk assessment, and system infrastructure development aboard newly construction vessels. Additionally, Mr. Peluso served as Director of Information Services for TRW.
His knowledge in many different platforms ranges from mid-range systems to PC servers and well as cloud computing and datacenter operating systems.
Mr. Peluso is a graduate of Florida International University’s Computer Science Program. Among many of the certifications and achievements of Mr. Peluso, he is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional and he is InfoSec Assessment Methodology (IAM) Certified by the National Security Agency. He formerly served as President of the Miami Chapter of InfraGard and received a Bronze Medal from the US government and an award from the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI’s) InfraGard.
Richard A. Rodriguez, Founder and Chief Financial Officer – As a Founder and CFO / VP since the company’s inception in 2001, Mr. Rodriguez is responsible for daily operations including supervision of a staff of ten technical and customer service employees, finance and accounting, new product and service development and client relations, as well as strategic partnerships. He was instrumental in the establishment of the company, which began as an Information Technology (IT) consultancy division at Madsen, Sapp, Mena, Rodriguez & Company, P.A., a leading South Florida CPA firm. The IT consultancy business was originally developed to meet client demands for comprehensive, highly personalized, cost-effective and responsive IT services which continues to bethe foundation of Centuric's mission.
Previously, Mr. Rodriquez served as Staff Accountant and then Manager at Madsen, Sapp, Mena, Rodriguez & Company, P.A., where he oversaw the firm’s network management, client IT audits, and special projects functions.
Mr. Rodriguez earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, and has completed the necessary coursework for Microsoft’s Certified Systems Engineer and Novell’s Certified Engineer designations. He is IAM certified by the National Security Agency, and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) from the Association of Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS). He also serves as a Board Member and past Treasurer of Habitat for Humanity Fort Lauderdale, and is a member of The Executive Association of Fort Lauderdale.
Normand Boileau, Vice President of Operations – As a business executive with 28 years of experience in the Information Technology arena Mr. Boileau's IT management career started in 1981, managing the office of a computerized payroll service company (Compupay). He spent 6 years of his career in software development for a construction company (Capeletti Bros) overseeing and programming accounting, payroll, inventory, and purchasing systems. With his 20+ years in IT operations, managing small to large networks, which include a worldwide cruise line (Renaissance Cruises), Normand Boileau has developed expertise in the following areas; Network Design and Management , Network Security, Network Communications, IT Infrastructure, Disaster Recovery, Backups, and Help Desk/Customer Service Management. Through the years he has managed small to large groups of individuals to many successful project completions. He is well versed in project management and his attention to detail is the key to his success. He joined the Centuric team in 2006 as a Sr. Network Engineer and quickly moved to the position of Director of Network Operations and was promoted last December to Vice President of Operations in charge of the daily business processes.
Matt Norman, Director of Business Development — A Philadelphia, PA native, Mr. Norman graduated from Gettysburg College with a BA in Business Administration and Sociology. Upon graduation, Mr. Norman was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps where he served as an F/A-18 Hornet Pilot acquiring the rank of Major. Two of his Marine Corps highlights were attending the Navy Fighter Weapons School more commonly known as “Top Gun” and flying forty combat missions in support of Desert Storm. For his participation in Desert Storm, Mr. Norman received two Air Medals and one Navy Commendation Medal. After serving in the Marines, Norman instructed golf for the Mark Wood Golf Academy at Grande Oaks Golf Club located at the infamous home of the movie “Caddyshack”.
Mr. Norman’s most recent position before joining Centuric was with a regional executive search firm focused on Accounting, Finance and IT placements. Here, Mr. Norman also directed the Management Consulting division focused on process improvement, project management and compliance with expertise in accounting, finance and IT operations. Developing strong relationships in South Florida continues to play an important role for Mr. Norman and his professional growth. Mr. Norman is an Associate Member of the Executive Association of Fort Lauderdale, is a former director of a local networking group for business golfers known as 6 Degrees, is a member of the Advisory Council for Kids In Distress charity organization and a member of the South Florida Technology Alliance.
Mr. Norman is a certified VMware Sales Professional (VSP) for the industry leader in virtualization and cloud computing VMware.
